Dracula

Bram Stoker (1847–1912) was an Irish civil servant, a champion athlete at Trinity College Dublin, and for twenty-seven years the business manager of the Lyceum Theatre in London, where he worked for the actor Henry Irving. Dracula (1897) was his fifth book and the only one that lasted; he wrote it around a full-time theatre job, researched it in Whitby and in the reading room of the British Museum, and set much of it in a London he knew from the inside.

Dracula is free here in EPUB, AZW3 and KEPUB, complete and unabridged, at about 160,000 words, told entirely through letters, diaries, telegrams and newspaper cuttings.
